Commander P'traf was a Nulvarl commander of the Nymean city Nymenos. He was put in command of the city before the Galaxial War started and remained in command after the War ended. While he was subject to either Trivas or Eliana when they where there, he was the man in charge when they weren't. He is a fanatic supporter of the Nymean Ascendancy and a member of the A'trest Party that favored Nymean independence.
Once Nymenos was evacuated, he became a corps commander for the Seventh Nymean Corps.
